white painted wall with black line

This is awkward. I used to be the quietest kid in class. If you had told me back then that I would one day be delivering courses in public speaking, communication and leadership, I would've smiled politely and thought you were a scammer.

I hoped the working world would transform me to be someone more confident. Instead, it instilled a strong sense of insecurity within me. That insecurity then forced me to change. With encouragement from family and friends who believed in me before I believed in myself, I started making small changes. Armed with the courage to change, gradual progress became consistent. I got better at delivering and evaluating speeches, giving encouraging feedback and mentoring people.

Somewhere along the way, I started to understand myself. Eventually, I even gathered the courage to transition my career from a technical field into this more humanistic path.

Today, I empower people. This career was built upon every mistake, every encouraging word, every doubt, alongside those who stood by me through it all. Now, I bring together my life experience, engineering expertise and psychological foundations to empower others on their own path.

Random bits

When he's not thinking about workshops, he follows Buddhist practices as a way of life. He also loves watching anime, and enjoys seeing himself as a creative home cook and writer. He dreams of having his own book signing event one day. Maybe in the far future.
